We also accept medical expense cards: FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HSA (Health Saving Account) for TENS and Muscle Stimulators.
Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within one business day. Sales Tax Retail orders made from Missouri are subjected to a sales tax of 8.75% (subjected to change)
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS priority mail, unless requested otherwise by customer. Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared. We guarantee prompt and fast shipping!
It is only available for the end users. Check the shipping fee before purchase. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If these charges occur, they are born by the buyers. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Rates International shipping rates are calculated for each order individually.
Please note the following conditions on all international orders:
- As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating importation of products you purchase.
- If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason, HealthmateForever shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer.
- If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
- If we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, HealthmateForever will credit the customer for 80% of the value of the unopened and unhampered with products purchased. There will be no refund of shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or initial shipping charges sending the product.

Deliveries are NOT insured against loss, theft and damage. Customer will need to inform us if he/she requires insurance.
These services include storing, transferring and preparing the product for shipment. Most products are shipped directly from our warehouse. Packages are carefully processed from the moment the product is removed from inventory to the point at which they are transferred to the carrier.Return Policy Our product is covered by a limited warranty. Products purchased at our company are exchangeable, but not refundable. Products that are being promoted or discounted are ineligible for upgrade or exchange. HealthmateForever holds the right to deny any exchange.
Products are exchangeable for the following reasons:
- New version will be replaced if the old version is discontinued.
- Due to the manufacturer’s defect, free replacement of a new control unit is provided.
- If it is not due to the manufacturer’s defect, you can buy a new unit or upgrade unit for a discounted price.

If you need to return or replace a unit, please email us at email@example.com to obtain authorization before we send you instruction on how to return for replacement.
For those purchases of TENS devices from other countries, if you need to return for warranty service, you pay your return malfunctioning TENS devices for test and examination. You just need to mail the device with the lowest shipping fee and pay $19.95 online here.
Healthmate International LLC provides our consumers with 3 different types of warranty based on your situation. Obtaining warranty service is easy. Please mail or email the registration card back to us within 30 days of the purchase. You can also register your warranty online.
Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty
A limited lifetime warranty is a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship of our units that has no time limit to make a claim, rather than a warranty that the product will perform for the lifetime of the buyer.
HealthmateForever warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, normal wear, industrial use or neglect or the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HealthmateForever TENS EMS unit. This warranty is effective only if purchased and operated in the USA and Canada. A product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under warranty. This TENS EMS unit shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. However, we do provide our consumers with the option to buy a 2 year accidental warranty which is priced at $100.00.

3 Month Warranty
Some of HealthmateForever devices are eligible for 3 month warranty. Please check the warranty card come in the box. Register HERE to extend it to 6 months.
2 Year Accidental Warranty
The 2 year accidental warranty covers you, as an owner of the TENS Unit and everyday life accidents such as the unit falling out of your hands and the screen breaking, or it fell out of your pocket getting into the car and you backed over it.
What does a 2 Year Accidental Warranty Covers?
- If your TENS Unit slips out of your hand and the screen breaks
- If your TENS Units is accidently ran over
- If your TENS Unit falls into wate
The only way to acquire a 2 year accidental warranty is to pay $100 at HERE or you have the VIP card and have bought one of the bundles associated with that VIP card.

As we have a high volume of phone calls, you may have to remain in a queue and wait for our customer service representatives to respond. You can also go to email us and with brief description of the issue you are encountering. Customer Service will assist you with trouble shooting before we send you instruction on how to return for replacement.
