we do not accept used medical device which could be contaminated and will be not resalable to any customers.
For example, if you bought a medicine from pharmacy, if it does not work for your condition, you can not return the rest of medicine to the store as it is not resalable.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order. We also accept medical expense cards: FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HSA (Health Saving Account) for TENS and Powered Muscle Stimulators. Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within two business day. Sales Tax Retail orders made from Kansas are subjected to a sales tax of 9.35% (subjected to change)

• As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you purchase.
• If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason such as any possible import duty and custom fee, HealthmateForever shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer or importer.
• If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
• If we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, HealthmateForever will credit the customer for 80% of the value of the unopened and unhampered with products purchased. There will be no refund of shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or initial shipping charges sending the product.
