Healthmate International LLC now offers a 2 year accidental warranty for all their consumers.
PART ONE: WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
The TENS Unit manufacturer warranty and the 2 year accidental warranty are completely different. The accidental warranty covers you, as an owner of the TENS Unit and everyday life accidents such as the unit falling out of your hands and the screen breaking, or it fell out of your pocket getting into the car and you backed over it. Our manufacturer warranty is if you receive your device and it doesn’t turn on.

WHAT HEALTHMATEFOREVERS 2 YEAR ACCIDENTAL WARRANTY COVERS:
- If your TENS Unit slips out of your hand and the screen breaks
- If your TENS Units is accidently ran over
- If your TENS Unit falls into water
PART TWO: WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
The only way to acquire a 2 year accidental warranty is to pay $100 at healthmateforever.com or you have the VIP card and have bought one of the bundles associated with that VIP card. This additional warranty adds to our life-time manufacturer’s warranty. If an accident happens and you are at fault you must call into our customer care service line which is:

From here you will explain to our customer care representatives and tell them what happened and what needs to be replaced. Once we review that you do in fact own an accidental warranty we will send you a replacement device for free.
