International Orders

To order internationally from www.healthmateforever.com, you can call 888-860-7788 or  e-mail at support@healthmateforever.com. 

You may also place your order online.  If you are not sure which product

is the best fit for you, please email us about your health condition and price range.  We will be happy to assist you to get the right model within your price range.

International Shipping:

It is only available for the end users. Check the shipping fee before purchase. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  If these charges occur, they are born by the buyers. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Rates International shipping rates are calculated for each order individually.

Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of our products. You as the buyer are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties. 

As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating importation of products you purchase.

 If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason, Healthmate shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer.

If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

If we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Healthmate will credit the customer for 80% of the value of the unopened and unhampered with products purchased. There will be no refund of shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment or initial shipping charges sending the product.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order.

We also accept medical expense cards: FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HSA (Health Saving Account) for TENS and Muscle Stimulators.

Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within one business day. Sales Tax Retail orders made from Missouri are subjected to a sales tax of 8.75% (subjected to change)

Shipping and Handling charges - Shipping and handling fee is calculated automatically before checkout. The shipping and handling fee that we charge contain many added features, including the following exceptional services:

Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped using USPS priority mail, unless requested otherwise by customer. Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared. We guarantee prompt and fast shipping!

Insurance: Deliveries are NOT insured against loss, theft and damage. Customer will need to inform www.healthmateforever.com if he/she requires insurance.

Handling: These services include storing, transferring and preparing the product for shipment. Most products are shipped directly from our warehouse. Packages are carefully processed from the moment the product is removed from inventory to the point at which they are transferred to the carrier.Return Policy Our product is covered by a limited warranty. Please refer to our Warranty page to find out how to obtain our warranty service.

Return Policy:

Products purchased at our company are exchangeable, but not refundable.

Warranty of Medical Devices 

Obtaining warranty service is easy. Please mail or email the registration card back to us within 30 days of the purchase.If you are having operation issue with your device, please call Toll Free 1-888-860-7788 to speak with a friendly sales associate who will walk you through steps of operation or go through some trouble shooting steps.  If it is determined that warranty service is necessary, you need to send in the defective device to the address below:

Please include the following items with your return:

-defective unit only (we do not need the box, pads and wires ect. unless requested by customer service)

-copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid -a brief note describing the reason for return.

-return shipping address and phone number-a check for $19.95 (customers in USA and Canada) to cover the service fee, handling and shipping.  

Free replacement of a new control unit is provided if it is not reparable.Technical Support Technical support is provided by e-mail only at support@healthmateforever.com.
