1099 Medical Sales Position

Healthmate is seeking medical device sales reps who have existing, strong relationships with Pain Management Physicians, Clinics and hospitals in a geographical area to sell HealthmateForever TENS, muscle stimulators, braces and garments. This opportunity can be used as a supplement to your existing sales position or as your sole income source. If you are currently marketing HealthmateForever TENS, muscle stimulators, braces and garments and are not being paid at 25% commission of sales we would like to speak to you.
Reps for Healthmate will call on new and previously existing accounts to encourage the use of TENS, muscle stimulators, braces and garments as an alternative to pain relief.
COMPENSATION:
1099 position with commissions of 25% with support of a Regional Manager
Working experience:
-Launch new advanced electrotherapy & neurological devices/equipment for pain management, neuromuscular stimulation, and urinary incontinence. Provide clinical training to new customers as well as follow-up and patient training and fittings.
- Proven sales record
-Call Points: Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Pain Management Clinics, Physiatrists, Physical Therapists, Podiatrists, OBGYN’s, Urologists, Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Department Stores, Warehouse Clubs, Direct Mail Accounts, Premium Accounts, Catalog Accounts Sporting Goods chains, Television Network, Drug Chains, Distributors and Discount Chains.
-Established & maintain strong business relationships with prospective & existing customers in the assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices. Particular focus on both contracted and non-contracted accounts, spending approximately 80% of work time meeting with them
Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, and acts as liaison between customer and wholesale department, Customer Service at Healthmate.
Remains informed of new products and other general information of interest to customers; monitors and gathers information on competitive activity.
Establish sales relationships in one or more of the following fields: Pain Management, Hospitals, Clinics, Surgery Centers, Neurosurgeons / Neurosurgery, Neurologists / Neurology, Physiatrists, Physical Therapists, Podiatrists, OBGYN’s, Urologists / Urology, Family Practice and Physicians, Durable Medical Supplies,
Develops and maintain relationships with pharmacy stores, Hospitals Professionals and Hospital Administrators, senior living community, home care center, fitness centers, Imaging Centers, Family Physicians. Nurses, Electrophysiologists, Urologists, all types of surgeons, Chiropractors, Nutritionists and Dietitians, Gastrointestinal specialist, Obstetrician/gynecologists, Dentist and dental care clinic, Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Surgical centers , Physicians and Doctors, Health Specialist, Health Spa, Medical Stores, durable medical equipment stores, medical supply distributors,
Maintains account records and reports activities and submits as required by the Company.
Manages and submits sales expenses in accordance with budget and company policy.
Monitors, gathers, and submits information on competitor activity to manager.
Effectively manages personal sales sample inventory and ensure HealthmateForever product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.
Attends training sessions as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Computer skills in Windows, e-mail, Excel, Power Point & word processing desirable.
Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in the Quality Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Primary Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls or emails; assists customers such as end users, dealers such shop owners, pharmacies/physicians with orders and reorders, benefit eligibility questions and products inquiries.

Assist customers on all issues related to products, processing of claims, return and warranty etc. 
Coordinate internal resolution of claims exceptions and other issues.
May also assist with taking new orders. Take orders over the phone with credit card, keep customer personal info in confidential.

Educates customers on benefits, use of products, premiums and status of orders, claims or inquiries.

Recommend the right product to the customers when customers make inquiry, secure customers’ orders over the phone or by email  /  or on the spot.

An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
Authorization to work in the United States
Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site
